Renovation

This is not for the faint hearted and as with all building projects a realistic budget, a good builder and a sense of humour are essential! In some cases renovation can be much more expensive than building from scratch however, the satisfaction of turning a derelict building to homely and liveable is something Gillott Building Contractors Ltd. find particularly rewarding. We have worked on projects as old as 1873 Grade II Listed, where sympathetic restoration was the key to a successful project.
